Originally from South Lake Tahoe, California, I am the daughter of a retired sheriff and a gifted storyteller. I’m confident this is where my love of writing originated, as well as my love of crime and mysteries. 

I attended Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and traveled extensively before settling back on the central coast of California.

 

I've been married to the best blind date ever for twenty years and have four teenage children. My aspiration and obsession is writing, but I still work part-time as a Registered Dietitian. I enjoy cleaning because I'm a bit of a control freak.

 

I love to take walks, bake, eat all the Mexican food, and nap as if it's an Olympic event. I am drawn to sunflowers because they will physically turn toward the light to grow and flourish. That symbolism has always resonated with me.
